Any ideas where I can get a picture (from my 2d cartoon) turned into a film looking poster. So it looks more artistic, shaded, realistic type look more than a simple 2d...???? if that makes sense...

You could mess with it in Photoshop or you could commission someone to make something for you.

Post some of your source images. I wouldn't mind playing with them. If you have large, high quality versions of your images and a brief description of what you'd like it to look like, some photoshop artists can give it a shot.

at the moment it looks the same as my cartoon, but I wanna make it look more realistic or detail I guess , shaded? or a painted look....
