Don't worry, this was just updated last night. And if everything goes right, you can turn in the lines by the next week or two. As far as I know, the gaming portion of Scene Three is going to be a pain.

This was a last minute decision, sohere is the public latest build. There is no DeviantArt version since the S-Strikers(SUMMON) used are Clocks, and they are "Newgrounds Exclusive" S-Strikers. So sorry to members of that community. Even though the first scene is the only one shown AGAIN; don't worry, Scene Two is nearly finished and I should be getting in gear with Scene Three this weekend.

Wow, this is really good. Much better than the first pilot (the specials actually work ^^).
Some glitches I found:
-If you mess around with the Play, Forward, and all of that stuff, it screws everything up. I suggest you lock all of that up.
-Like last time, if you jump at one point in the game, before a cutscene, you stay in the air and walk on an invisible platform
-The Gameover screen does nothing. It just stops it and you have to refresh, you should have a "Try Again?" thing.
-When you jump and use the special (shift key) you fall to the ground quickly
-When you beat the level, you stare at a black screen forever.
-When you jump and shoot, no sound is played
-You can gain up your Pagan Advanced Tactics Gauge by shooting at nothing, which is way too easy. Maybe it's a glitch?

Now for some suggestions:
- Very very slow. If this was a side scroller, I would kill myself waiting for her to go across the screen.
- If you're going to use the Clocks as Summons in the real game, then you should have some sound behind it, like the clocks saying "BBBBBBB" (Clock joke)
- Make the boss harder. For one person in the level, it's really really easy. Just two special attacks and she's dead.
- But some smaller attackers or something like that before the boss, to make it more challenging/fun.

Other than all of the above, this looks like it will be a great game. You're a very talented artist/coder. Just get some beta-testers to make sure everything works. Can't wait to see the finished product. Hell, you could possibly get some sponsorship from Flash Portal, Crazey Monkey, or Armor Games for the finished project.

Most of the glitches will be addressed. The last comment was actually intentional and is suppose to be one of many ways of charging it; if you remember, the charge rate in the 666 build was about 1/4 or 1/5 then what it is now (although the other factors are not added yet), which also accounts to the easier boss battle (Although it should be tougher stat wise.). Scene Three will utilize the Hindu Defensive Advantage Gauge, which I should guarentee it will be tougher to charge up.

I'll take the suggestions into consideration when Scene Three is being built. Glad you like it!

Okay, I've just updated the "private" build. Now all the scenes are "unlocked" but most are still unfinished. In the game part of scene three, you can see that the Practice Styles has been fleshed out alot with a total of six (seven if you think atheism is a religion) styles to choose from and they all will fill up differently. That is what I have been coding after Clockday 2006.

I've placed in most of the lines, mainly scene three is unfinished in this aspect.

As much as it hurts me to say this, but the official FULL release of episode is delayed indefintely. The reason being that one of the VAs is going through some tough times right now. (It might have passed, but just to be safe) I'll email her in the near future.

Now the plan is this, I'm still working on Episode One at the same rate right now. Appearently this co-op is less energy consuming then my summer job, so yeah, no slowdowns. The actionscripting is looking fantastic (granted that's buggy too) and I should have Scene Three finished in terms of being able to showcase the new features, or at least a sense of what I'm aiming for. If I finished Episode One and have not heard back from her, I'll just keep Episode One's release on standby and get working on Episode Two. I know Episode Two won't have her character on there, but it'll be stupid to release Two first then One.

I know I'll miss release dates, but I will not recast; that is her role, and recasting would be almost the same as stealing. Thank you for your understanding, and I am sorry to bring out the bad news.

A modest progress report:
-A new Time Limit system has been added. This will be used against the player, but it doesn't seem as bad as you might think. You won't immediately DIE when it reaches zero, but you will lose some HP while the boss will gain some HP (maybe 10-25%) every 60 seconds. It's to toughen up the gameplay a bit. Some stat balancing are in effect.
-Mayer's special has been changed to have a limited range and the duration of the attack has been slashed in half.
-The defense gauge will be changed to only fill up only when you are attacked or if it drops down to 50%.
-If some of these changes might make things a bit too unfair, tell me.

-Things WILL get quite violent, mainly in episode three and four. If you want a hint, look at the meaning of the Eight of Swords, the Nine of Swords and the Ten of Swords. Things will literally happen the way the cards are portrayed.

Did you know that Newgrounds size limit was lifted to 10 megs, that means less stress on file size. Just letting you know if you didn't.

Hmm, more bonus content or an "Episode I&II Anthology pack" is in order! Well, Episode I&II use to be one big episode before, so...it seems possible. The script will still remain the same as two seperate episodes, I've changed it so much that making stream into one long episode is impossible now.

I've made the decision to temporarily suspend the project in favor of a smaller more managable side project. Something easy to do for a week or two. Mainly because Halloween is approaching.

Right now for Episode one:
Scenes 1, 2, and 4 are complete. Scene 3 only has the boss battle and the end cinematic.

Right now for Episode two:
It's being drafted now Scene one and two is set to go, a scene involving Trinity is complete, VA for her will be announced soon.

For this Halloween project:
A VA for Cassandra Lunas will be needed, and an audition will be created as soon as the project is 30% complete with a full storyboard and script.

"Theatrical Version" of Color of Yellow is complete, currently working on the "Director's Cut" with new scenes and semi-nifty extras.

"Fairy Tale Lament" is undergoing changes FOR THE MILLIONTH TIME from Episode Two forward. Subtitle is now "Secret of Babel".

Gotta hate it when things decides to crash and burn down on you after keeping it afloat for what? Over a half a year already? Now I'm trying to pick up the pieces and figure what I want to do with this "magnum opus" of a project.

So...I got Color of Yellow II ready to be geared up for the holiday, another Newgrounds submission for the Holiday thing. I hope whoever still reads this can take a look at the confirmed roles to see if you're there. Script ready by December 1st. That's all. Farewell for now.

This is the end of the line for the series. What at first was an epic became complete chaos. The only surviving product that came out of this alive is the Color of Yellow series.

Since Color of Yellow was suppose to be one whole episode, I might reedit it to fit my original vision, but that is for the voice actors to decide, and there is no deadline for this.

So yeah, this is pretty much dead. If there is going to be a sequel, a new thread will be create so that the series can start out anew with a clean slate.
