Hey everyone, I'm planning an "In Character" Skype call.
Pretty much, this is a chance for some VAC members to have some fun and ad-lib as different character's they've created or impersonate.
My plan is to get a good chunk of VA's into one Skype call, and they have to remain in character the entire call. I plan on recording it and seeing what comes of it.
This is mainly for fun and will probably numerous calls down the line, some with the same groups, and others with new people that want to join in.
If you want to just chill out and take a break from recording lines, post in here following the provided character skeleton; (Also, doing a quick sample of your character and emailing it to me wouldn't hurt either. )

I will accept the first 5 to 10 people I feel would work well together. There are no current due date and I will try to plan the call around the accepted members schedules.
As this will be a continuing project, I will keep accepting applications for weeks to come. If you don't make it into the first call, don't worry, there will be plenty more if I have my way.

The first call will be mostly for fun, but I plan down the line to maybe throw in a plot point and see how the characters interact and deal with the situation.

EDIT:
I should have been a little clearer on the qualifications. Impressions are fine as long as the details of the character are made up by you. This is your time to be creative and make up an entire person. I mean, someone could come in doing a Piccolo impression, but as long as the details are not of the actual character, it's fine. The reason I want original characters are;
1. If this goes well, I plan on doing plot points centered around reoccurring characters, and if the room is full of random anime characters, it gets kinda awkward.
2. Creating a character gives you the freedom to develop as the conversations go on instead of sticking the the stereotype of a premade character.
3. If people want to be the same character (EX: Two people send me profiles for the same person they want to be) it gets befuddled and I can only pick one of them, but if two people make different characters, just with similar voices, I can accept both people.

There are other reasons as well, but those are the main ones. Sorry for the confusion to those of you who sent in characters already
