Hi, I am casting for a Sci-Fi webseries titled...well, look at the thread header. ;D

Story: An ordinary citizen of a futuristic city loses his home to an attack by a group named Men of Tomorrow and must find the culprits with his best friend, while learning more about what the city is and why it was attacked.

Content: Stylized Action Violence, Disturbing Violent Imagery

At this point, I am developing storyboards and animanics for this episode, in order to show it to potential animators, editors, sound designers etc.. All voice actors will be given the material needed for their part.

Character information is below, along with personality type and whether they are cast or are in the process of . If you think you're a good fit for the character, go ahead and e-mail/PM me! I'll keep in touch!

Deadline: September 15, 2011

Characters:

CAST! Taylor- A bald technophile who recently moved from Alpha City to start a new life, but lost everything he built up the day of the terrorist attack. Now, he wants revenge.
Age- 20
Sex- Male
Personality- Headstrong, Dedicated CAST!

CAST! Hayley- An anthromorphic dog who is a huge bodybuilder, and is Taylor's best friend.
Age- 20
Sex- Female
Personality- Gruff, Brutally Honest CAST!

Q- A member of a crime-fighting organization, the A.C.D.F. (Alpha City Defense Force) that is looking throughout the city for Men of Tomorrow, with a few personal motivations of her own...
Age- 19
Sex- Female
Personality- Serious, Dedicated

Laura- An anthromorphic cat who is a member of the A.C.D.F., she is brimming with enthusiasm for her job, in face of Men of Tomorrow's actions.
Age- 19
Sex- Female
Personality- Energetic, Optimistic

CAST! Bryan- Another cat member of the A.C.D.F., who is figuring out the best strategic way to catch Men of Tomorrow.
Age- 20
Sex- Male
Personality- Detached, Cool CAST!

CAST! Myra - The Mayor of Alpha City, she seeks to keep the citizens strong and their morale high as Men of Tomorrow attacks
Age- 20
Sex- Transgendered (can be voiced by anyone)
Personality- Charismatic, Strong CAST!

If you receive the script, you may notice a few extra characters with speaking lines. At the moment, I'm deciding whether to keep those characters or to remove them. If you're interested, PM or e-mail me!

As stated before, please PM/E-mail me if you're up for the part. My e-mail is monopoly.on.morals@gmail.com, and you can choose to either wing it (send in your previous voice recordings or new ones and receive the script afterwards) or you can ask for the script right away and I will happily give it to you.

I will also answer any questions you may have about the material, so that you'll be best prepared for your role and that you're best informed about what you're getting into.

So...any takers?

Ummm, looks interesting however I think you might wish to post a 'due by date' and maybe some lines or can we just send a clip of our voice/s?

Oh, yeah, this does need a "due by" date. Putting them in...now.

Also, you can just send a clip of your voice(s), improvised or with a script, depending on your choice. Afterwards you will be considered.

Great! Check out a lot of submissions. Some good talent, here! :)

There are a few parts that are still unfilled, so I'm bumping this thread to tell people that the deadline has been extended for one week, to September 15, 2011. I really need someone to play Q and/or Laura. Have a bunch for Bryan and Taylor, not to mention that Myra and Hayley are taken.

What are you waiting for? Submit your talent! :D

So you basicly just want to "hear" our voices in action? Like through demo reels or by reading off your script?

Can these two videos i made ((which parody devil may cry)) count as a audition? Each video displays 2 different ranges of my voice. One however was recorded with a shoddy mic so dont worry about my submissions being shoddy xD

Just bumping to let everyone know that the deadline is 3 days away!

There are already fantastic candidates for Bryan, Myra and Hayley, but there is a huge need for someone to play Laura, Taylor or Q.
