I wasn't sure where this should go so I figured I'd play it safe and put it here. I'm sure people at least "know" about yugioh. I haven't played it in several years (because between the ban list and the new gimmicks, its basically ruined.) Anyway, if you were a fan of it, or used to play, post your decks here! Also, feel free to bring up episodes you might of liked, or favorite card, ect.
UPDATE! Also add your own made cards here! Just go to: http://www.yugiohcardmaker.net/ save the picture and put it on here! (Images only please!) Thanks to Hnilmik for the link!
I'll start. I had a dark magician deck, based around him and dark magician girl.
Monsters: Spirit Reaper Sangan Dark elf Silent Magician lvl4 Skilled dark magician x3 Old Vindictive magician Mystical elf The forgiving maiden Royal magical library Dark magician x2 King of the swamp x2 Dark magician girl Dark magician of chaos Gemini elf Fairy Injection Lily
Traps: Magicians circle Magic jammer x2 Waboku Call of the haunted Magic Cylinder Dust tornado Botomless trap hole Sakuretsu armor
Magic: Lightning vortex Heavy storm Magical dimension x2 Swords of revealing light Monster reincarnation Mage power Mystical space typhoon Magic mallet Premature burial My body as a shield Dedication through light and darkness Mist body Polymerization
Fusions: Dark paladin x2 Dark flare knight St Joan Sanwitch
(This was following one of the ban lists from like a year ago. by the way.)

I loved playing YGO because unlike PKMN, nearly everyone had a deck on them whenever the occasion called for it~ I've played all over the place and in several cities to boot with other duelists, but I have yet to play in formal tournaments...
My deck focuses on hitting hard, making my opponent discard a lot, and letting my magic and trap cards deal extra bits of damage whenever I do either of the above. It sounds funky, but my sister describes it as a “poison” or “infection” deck. No fusions or rituals, mostly effect monsters with all kinds of effects. I tend to rely on luck when it came to using effects and getting the cards I needed. I stopped playing once they began banning most of the cards in my deck...
Monster Cards: 31
1-4 Stars: Normal Harpie's Brother Gagagigo Mad Dog of Darkness Archfiend Soldier
1-4 Stars: Offensive Effect Amazoness Paladin Blade Knight Skilled Dark Magician (x2) Spear Dragon (x2) Slate Warrior Giant Orc Goblin Attack Force
1-4 Stars: Ambiguous Effect Sinister Serpent Kuriboh Royal Magical Library Tribe-Infecting Virus Witch of the Black Forest Inaba White Rabbit
1-4 Stars: Flip-Effect Big Eye Magician of Faith Man-Eater Bug Old Vindictive Magician Night Assailant Morphing Jar #2 Cyber Jar
5-6 Stars Guardian Sphinx Zaborg the Thunder Monarch Fairy King Trusdale
Others Tyrant Dragon Black Luster Soldier – Envoy of the Beginning
Magic Cards: 12 Cards
Generic Pot of Greed Swords of Revealing Light Monster Reborn Change of Heart
Equips Axe of Despair United We Stand
Handles Monsters Generically Nobleman of Crossout Raigeki
Handles Magic and Trap Cards Mystical Space Typhoon Heavy Storm Harpy's Feather Duster
Theme at Work Gravekeeper's Servant
Trap Cards: 14 Cards
Handles Monsters Generically Trap Hole Raigeki Break Sakuretsu Armor
Handles Magic and Trap Cards Spell Shield Type-8 Judgment of Anubis
Handles Attacks Negate Attack Hallowed Life Barrier Mirror Force Magic Cylinder
Theme at Work Robbin' Goblin Robbin' Zombie Coffin Seller Ominous Fortunetelling Ordeal of the Traveler Total = 57 cards
To refresh some memories~
When in doubt... USE CYBER JAR!! But out of all of my cards, my favorite has to be “Black Luster Soldier – Envoy of the Beginning” because I rarely get to bring him out (I only have a handful of LIGHT monsters) and he's so much fun to lay the smack down with~♥
Yu-Gi-Oh: The Abridged Series is made of 10 flavors of awesome~♪

I remember now! I had an elemental hero deck! I got all of my cards (minus a few fusions) from boosters. I remember getting (i think) Dark Neos...

Meh , I had the Black Petra/Cannon Soldier/Ultimate Offering combo.
Pretty much I only needed to heal myself , negate all the traps , have a defensive wall , use the trap card , reveal Cannon Soldier , use it's special effect , throw away all the monsters FOR MASSIVE DAMAGEEEEE~~
Yeah...-cough-
Awkward.

All right. Time for me to show off my deck. I use a lot of the older cards, so bear with me:
Monster cards: Fusion Black Skull Dragon Thousand Dragon
Normal Monsters Lvls 1-4 (13 cards) Guardian of the Throne Room (offense/defensive) Robotic Knight (offense/defense) Man-Eating Treasure Chest (offense) Baby Dragon (Fusion Material) DarkFire Soldier #1 (offense) DarkFire Soldier #2 (offense) Whiptail Crow (offense/defense) Neo The Magic Swordsman (offense) Mystical Elf (defense) 7-Colored Fish (offense) Warrior Dai Grepher (offense) Inpachi (offense/defense) Harpie's Brother (offense)
Effect Monsters Lvl. 1-4 (15 cards) Roulette Barrel (defense) Y-Dragon Head (Union) Big Eye (defense) Sangan x2 (defense) Yomi Ship (defense/trap) Cyber Jar (defense/trap) Wall of Illusion (defense/trap) Pixie Knight (defense) Penguin Soldier (defense/trap) Maha Vailo (offense) Time Wizard (Fusion Material/Last resort) Gearfried The Iron Knight (offense) Magician of Faith (defense) Man-Eater Bug (defense/trap)
Monsters Lvl 5 and up (4 cards ALL OFFENSE) Red-Eyes Black Dragon (Normal and My personal favorite) Summoned Skull (Normal) Dark Magician (Normal) Magical Marionette (Effect)
Magic cards (19 cards) Change of Heart Malevolent Nuzzler (Equip) Pot of Greed Fissure Dark Hole Ekibyo Drakmord (Equip) Mystical Space Typhoon Graceful Charity Yami (Field) My Body As A Shield The Dark Door (Continous) Scapegoat Monster Reborn Card Destruction Spring of Rebirth (Continous) Polymerization Soul Release Magic Reflector Soul Exchange
Trap cards (11 cards) Pineapple Blast Waboku Curse of Aging Ordeal of a Traveler (Continous) Trap Hole x2 Skull Dice Bottomless Trap Hole Gryphon Wing Seven Tools of The Bandit Needle Ceiling
I played against my best friend alot until he gave all of his cards and his dueling deck to me. We still play every now and then. In fact, I keep his deck the way it is untouched.
My deck focuses on maintaining an offensive and defensive while focusing on many strategies that I managed to put together in the deck. In case one strategy fails, I move on to one of my back-up strategies. Though looking at my deck now, it focuses on maintaining a strong defense and some cards contain a few last resorts in case things don't turn out too well. Sometimes, they work. Other times, they don't. I guess I'm the kind of person who believes that "a strong defense is sometimes the best offense."

Wow, that's a real old school deck. I recognize every card in that deck which is kinda sad... but I can see how that would work.

I can't remember everything in my deck, but I recall.... XD
I base my assault on magic/traps. YES I AM A TRAP-BITCH.
I like to buff up my life points and take-down the opponents with my magic
When in doubt, I "dark hole"! Wipe the field.
I also love buffing my monsters :3 If I get any dragons on the field, you are DOOMED. Or if I get Labyrinth (AT 0000/ DF 3000). *buffs defense, switches attack/defense. attack!*

i went to a tourny once and this girl i played had 8 of a card, all magic and trap cards, and no monsters. She only beat me because she cried when i used my blue eyes ultimate dragon on her and won. the people were given such a bad headache that they in fact, disqualified me.

ShadowRanma, your deck makes me think of Jonouchi's (Joey) deck~♪ Even though he sorta focused more on warriors later on, his deck was pretty multipurpose for the most part.
o_o; I never got the chance to, but I always wanted to attack with Labyrinth... Normal monster with 6 stars and 3000 ATK, yes please!
xx; Fighting against folks who don't know the rules bother me... I remember fighting a dude who only had monsters with a 7 or more stars. I felt bad explaining to him that I can oblitherate him with just li'l critters...
For some reason, demon decks and INSANELY strong offensive decks tend to nail me. Darned rich kids... I once tried out a deck similar to Yami Bakura's but it didn't work so well with me. Other people seemed better at DARK and demon monsters than I was.

Joey's deck was also quite a bit of chance at first, which was awesome. Though I was like "Why Can't I have that kind of luck..?"
