I'd have to say.. Crispin Freeman who voiced as Zelgadis
in The Slayers and Cynthia Montinez who voiced Lina Inverse in the earlier Slayers episodes and movies, oh and Greg Ayres who voiced as Sunohara in Clannad The After Story, along with Laura Baily who voiced as Tohru Honda in Fruits Basket. ^^

i really love Laura Bailey ^^ shes my fav charicter and some people say i sound a little like her when i voice act its all thanks to her that i want to be a voice actor also ^^ some roles of hers that i know are

Hands down Steven Blum. You can't watch a cartoon or play a video game without hearing his voice. You just can't beat Spike Spiegel. (or Mugen or Rodger Smith for that matter.)

Can't believe I forgot to post this before, but Heidi Shannon. Heidi Freakin' Shannon. Took me quite a while to appreciate her voice - same as with Jennifer Hale, I suppose - but her assorted Baldur's Gate characters and her Mara Jade knock my socks (and various other apparel) off. She seems to have disappeared off the face of the VAing world though, which is a right shame.

My favorite would Have To be Caitlen Glass, I Instantly Loved Her As Soon as I Heard Her Voice Yakumo From School Rumble As Her Voice Was So Gentle And Soothing.

I can't say I have one specific favorite voice actor because truthfully, I enjoy a lot of different voice actors. Although I also will be adding in one seiyu because I just really like his voice from the moment I heard it and did my best to do imitations of his voice time to time; I suppose it was more or less with the songs he sang, or one in particular, but anyways..
Steve Blum:
- Spike Spiegel (Cowboy Bebop).
- Mugen (Samurai Champloo).
- TOM (Robot Host of Toonami).
Crispin Freeman:
- Siegfried Schtauffen (Soul Calibur III).
- Kyon (The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi).
- Hideki Motosuwa (Chobits).
Kate Higgins:
- Sakura Haruno (Naruto).
- Saber (Fate/Stay Night).
- C.C. (Code Geass).
Stephanie Sheh:
- Natalia Luzu Kimlasca Lanvaldear (Tales of the Abyss).
- Arche Klein (Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology).
- Eureka (Eureka Seven).
(Lastly, here's my favorite seiyu and the voices he does.)
Sōichirō Hoshi:
- Kira Yamato (Gundam SEED / Gundam SEED Destiny).
- Souichiro Nagi (Tenjho Tenge).
- Souma Akizuki, Zero (Shining Tears X Wind).
- Kilik (Soul Calibur)
- Bartz Klauser (Dissidia: Final Fantasy).
There are other voices I do enjoy a lot, but these are the ones that come to mind right off the bat.

Right now, I have a fond appreciation for the following voice actors and actresses: Mel Blanc, Frank Welker, Jim Cummings, Crispin Freeman, Mary Elizabeth McGlynn, and Colleen Clinkenbeard. Each one has/had their own flair to voice acting and a distinctive style that satisfies my ears all the time. I'm sure there are others, but sadly, I can't think of them at the moment.
