You know, it's been a while since I've looked at the showcase. I've noticed that these are done on the computer now.

actually, the medium is done by the animators choice. Jeff's 1st and 2nd year films were traditionally done with colored pencils. here,

we all learned flash at the same time at an artists forum years back, so its the program all of them are most comfortable using.

Did Little Boat win anything?
They were all good, but that one stuck out to me.

You know, compared to the others, it's character animation is very minimal. It's an amazing piece.

yeah it is! The hardest jigsaw is also one that sticks with me.

If your interested in joining an art and animation forum, check out http://joinedartists.org
Its the resurrection of the old forum all of those artists first started learning how to animate, pretty cool crowd there, and a good place for some insight if you ask for it.

I don't know if there are any more artists like Kazuo Oga today. He's worked for so long, it almost feels like he's transcended influence from other artists.
Which I know isn't true.

Drawn with the tip of a burnt chopstick.

Bowser, incarnated in the world of Hyrule as Ganondorf.

STORY:
After rescuing Princess Toadstool (born as Zelda in this lifetime) from the clutches of Bowser, Mario sets off to vanquish the fiend from the face of this world once and for all.
Time passes, and the citizens of the Mushroom Kingdom begin to fear the worst. Among them, Luigi (an incarnate of Link) begins to worry. He sets off with his own sword to fight alongside his brother.
Fighting his way through Bowser's castle, he sees evidence of a great battle all throughout its halls.
He makes his way to the highest point of the castle, where he witnesses a fierce battle between Mario and Bowser. Before he could join the fight, a surprised Mario meets his eyes and is momentarily distracted. Bowser's spear pierces Mario from behind and lifts him helplessly to the skies. Mario struggles to raise his sword, desperate to continue fighting. Once again, his eyes meet the eyes a scared Luigi. With his mind made up, Mario throws the sword at Luigi's feet before being hurled off the side of the castle.
Luigi throws away his own sword and holds up Mario's. Bowser mocks Luigi's frightened demeanor, telling him that such a coward is not worthy of the pierce of his spear. He effortlessly destroys Mario's sword and sends Luigi flying a great distance. When he finally reaches the ground, he is rendered unconscious.

Luigi awakens to the sound of humming; he finds himself in an unfamiliar bed. A girl greets him, telling him that her father found him unconscious in the forest while gathering firewood. She introduces herself as Daisy (an incarnate of Malon).
Daisy explains that, while her father had tried his best to gather Luigi's belongings, he should look around the forest himself, just to make sure. It is around this time that Luigi realizes the absence of his hilt; the only remnant in his possession of his "Brothers Sword".

Here, the adventure of Luigi begins.

Captain Marvel and Superman against Black Adams.

Even in the animatics, anatomy isn't ignored.

Maybe I should study fine arts before getting into animation.

Fixed a couple of things...
Change Spike's expression ever-so slightly, gave Fey some actual hips, turned her head so her face could be seen.

Cowboy and his lady.
I bitched out on drawing the feet. And the cowboys left leg, apparently.

It might not need to be said, but I really like cowboys.

I haven't even finished to outlining, and I already started on Spike's face.

I'm an impatient man.
