 Peer Review THIS!: CCTBS2
« Thread Started on Oct 11, 2009, 9:48pm »

DIRECTOR'S NOTE: It was either here or the VA Discussion subforum, but this is in no way a complete project. This is not for me, it's for two individuals.

Quite simple, peer review the two featured voice actors here are Noctuna of the VAC as Kasey (text buble in red), and Winter11 of the VAA as Snow Whiteout (text bubble in blue).

Before you go on commenting, there are some guidelines I want you all to follow:
-Only comment on the two voicework of the two VAs, Noctuna's role is highlighted in red, and Winter11's role is highlighted in blue
-That means no comments on other VAs, their work in the episode is done
-No comments on the visuals. They in the ALPHA phase, and they will change.
-You may however, ask about how the scene is suppose to play out, I'll update it as much as I can.
-Play nice, no Simon Cowell comments here. I won't hesitate on calling you out like Gordon Ramsey.
-If the forementioned comments get too heated, I will not hesitate on requesting a mod to lock the thread.
-This is going to last until Friday night.

Also, I cannot control where the N-AVAs. Some will only stay in one place, but others will go to both. In short, there will always be a chance your comments will fall on deaf ears. But just in case, comment on their work anyways.

I recommend that when you review this flash video, play it in the Swiff Player, the only .SWF player I know with an actual seek bar.

Did I mention that you'll get credited in the credits?

Sigh. No comments eh? I'm honestly pretty disappointed. Sure it's my project, and I can pretty much have everything go my way. But even though I can direct them on how to say the lines, the actual VAs can help direct the more subtle aspects more or less.

Yes, I am going to shut this down early. One of the VAs is getting pretty anxious, and so am I. What do you expect, no one's commenting, no one offering a piece of constructive advice. All this time, I thought you might've PM'ed them personally to avoid the potential of me yelling at you if you made a bad comment. At least you could have been helping out.

In the "completed projects" section, I have seen comments like "Oh this VA should've done this and that VA should've done that." This program I tried to create also tries to make those kinda of comments go away in the end. Well, you've had your chance. I highly doubt your advice will mean much after this project hits the "completed projects" section, since I don't plan on making another episode of the series for a long while. Sure they might carry over what they've learned to another role, but it's not the same role in the end. You might go from a reserved dramatic role to a high energy comedic role.

Will I make another Peer Review session? Maybe, when the project is right.

Unless anyone else has any last comments for the two featured VAs; help session's over, lock it down.
