***Casting Call for Strange Paradise***
This is a recurring role for the part of Philip Desmond, Jean Paul's brother. He's a very mysterious character who landed himself in between the land of the living and the dead because he trifled with dark magic. He's manipulative, devious and used to getting his way and yet there may still be some good in him somewhere.
Age: mid to late 30's
Accent: American/Canadian/British
The following are his only lines in Episode 2 but he will appear in Episode 3 and episodes in the future.
Line 1: Up to your old tricks again, Witch? Perhaps you've forgotten I have a few of my own. Observe! Watch as the flames dance up and down the curtains, peeling back the paint of the walls and melting them down into a thick ash.
Line 2: The last time was an illusion, but this time my dear Mrs. Hatter, this is no warning! You will face the consequences of your actions!
Line 3: Don't ever cross me again, Mrs. Hatter, or next time I'll make certain it's not just your home you lose! (Evil laugh)
*Deadline* Audition ends by the end of Saturday, July 14th. Please send 3 takes of each line, but only send ONE file with your name included as part of the title to rachel at little-menagerie.com. Also, it would help me out if you start your audition by introducing yourself by name. This way if you get the role, I'll be able to make sure your name is pronounced correctly.
