2 years ago, my weight I gradually ballooned up due to various reasons. Last year, after reaching 250 -- an all time high for my fatness --, I decided to do something about it and underwent an extreme, self-imposed exercise and diet regiment. I've been showing this to a lot of the people that I've been in close contact with recently and I've been getting good feed back about it. I'm now only a few pounds heavier (5 LBS) than I was before my major weight gain and I'm slightly more muscular, too.
